Neutral Bay, NSW
Project overview:
Sympathetic renovation and expansion of a Federation heritage home in Neutral Bay, retaining the original terracotta tiled roofline while constructing a substantial new addition with complex roof geometry, clerestory glazing, and an attic level featuring herringbone oak flooring and built-in eave storage. The fit-out reflects the calibre of the interior collaboration - Carrara marble bath surrounds, solid oak staircase, and bespoke curved stonework cut on site. Currently in final fix stage.
