Project overview:

Construction of a new five-storey commercial building with split-level retail at ground floor, four levels of office space above and an outdoor terrace at Level 4, finished with a bio-solar roof. Two basement levels below accommodate parking, plant and end-of-trip facilities. Currently in documentation, with works commencing August 2026.
